NEATO TENNIS NET

Aunt Jen came over tonight (daddy was at a dinner for work) so mommy had some girl time with her BFF. We made some yummy omelettes and then played downstairs. Braxton insisted that Aunt Jen play tennis so Jen made a neato tennis net out of a blanket. They played baseball and colored on a pillow case too.

Steph surprised us today and came with Mommy to pic up Braxton from school. Brax was SOOO excited to see her. And, the girls loved seeing Baby Lexyn. Here are Sarah, Maisy and Hailey (Braxton's little ladies).

WINE TASTING

Mommy and Daddy went out all alone to a wine tasting for daddy's work. Non stayed and watched the kids with a nice visit from Gigi.

ELLIE CARREON'S 1ST BDAY

Today we went to Lauren and Justin Carreon's house for Ellie's first birthday party. It was such a beautiful day and we all played outside. Ellie loved her cake but didn't like her hat too much. Mommy got to hang out with 2 of her sorority sisters...Lauren and Tamara! It's always fun to see the gals. And, daddy got to spend some quality time with daddy justin.

1 MONTH OLD

FROM THE MOUTHS OF BABES...

Braxton is quite a talker! If you haven't heard him already, here are some of his latest quotables:
- "Daddy, the carpet is moving." (after spinning in circles)
- "Can I have some more mommy beans?" (while eating edamame)
- "Santa Claus gave the keys to the Easter bunny." (when asked how the Easter bunny got in)
- "Daddy, I'm rocking out." (when listening to music in the kitchen)
- "No, I want to be Chase Utley." (when asked what he wants to be when he grows up)
- "I want to make a baseball bat poop in the potty."
- "Take them off." (When he discovered his testicles)
- "Where is the hemoglobin?" (After hearing the nurse say Hemoglobin at his 2 year doc visit)
- "Daddy, it's yellow. You made the toilet yellow." (after watching daddy go potty)
- "Soon... in forty days." (When asked when he needs to go potty)

BIG BRO - LITTLE SIS

Braxton asked mommy for a snack and I asked him if he could make sure that Lex didn't cry. He responded, "I want to hold her". So, that's exactly what he did. He loved it. This lasted a good 5 minutes and no crying or squirming.

LEXYN'S FIRST BATH

Today we gave Lex her first bath in the tub. She hated it at first and cried for 30 seconds....maybe because she had to poop. Yup...she pooped in the tub! Oh Joy. After we cleaned it out and put her back in again, she really warmed up to it and even smiled.

BIG BOY BED

Mommy and Daddy got Brax a bigboy full bed for his birthday. Bye Bye crib! He loves it! So does Montgomery!

KITE FLYING FUN

Daddy took Brax to the park while mommy went food shopping with Lex. Brax loved watching his new Thomas kite fly in the air.

POPPY'S BDAY

Baba and Poppy came over to celebrate Poppy's bday. We had a yummy dinner (Ribs, bbq chick, salad and pasta). Brax helped poppy blow out the candles too. Poppy liked his new "macho" shirts so he will look cool at motorchycle class.

PAT COMES TO MEET LEX

Pat, daddy's secretary, came to meet Lex today. She has an amazing way with babies. Lex loved snuggling with her.
